1.Global Product Aesthetics & Visual Tonality:

• Drive the regional application of TCL’s global product aesthetics and visual tonality across European markets.
• Translate product positioning and design intent into strong key visuals, graphic systems, product visualization, 3D/motion assets and launch materials.
• Strengthen aesthetic consistency across product → communication → retail → market experience.

2.Tradeshows, Launches & Retail Experiences:

• Lead DIC’s product aesthetics and visual design contribution to IFA, European product launches, customer events, brand activations and retail/store environments.
• Provide creative direction and design quality control across exhibition graphics, digital displays, store/POSM applications, product presentation and event visuals.
• Collaborate with HQ, EUBG Product/MarCom/GTM, regional teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution.

3.European Design & Lifestyle Trend Sensing:

• Track emerging graphic, 3D, motion, retail, lifestyle and technology trends across Paris and Europe.
• Proactively visit and monitor relevant design fairs, trade shows, exhibitions, retail environments and creative events to identify emerging signals.
• Translate relevant insights into actionable inputs for product aesthetics, visual direction and future NPI development.

4.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Support key customer meetings, VIP visits and regional presentations through compelling design storytelling and visual communication.
• Represent DIC HQ professionally with European country teams, product BU category teams and HQ stakeholders.
• Proactively connect regional needs with HQ design direction and navigate cross-functional, cross-cultural relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design, with a strong portfolio of commercially launched work; experience in TV, smartphone, digital display or consumer electronics preferred.
• Excellent capability in graphic design, typography, composition, visual systems and product visualization; 3D and/or motion design capability is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Blender/C4D, After Effects and strong Keynote/PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Strong visual storytelling, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior internal teams, customers and external partners.
• Professional fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred. Comfortable working between European regional teams and China-based HQ.
