These terms govern your use of ecom.jobs. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you’re using ecom.jobs on behalf of a company, you agree on that company’s behalf.

The service

ecom.jobs is a job platform for the ecommerce industry: we aggregate and host job listings, let candidates browse, save, and apply, and let employers post jobs and review applications. Browsing is free; some employer features are paid.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • One person per account; you’re responsible for activity on yours.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, spam, fake listings or applications, harassment, or unlawful use).

For candidates

  • Content you submit (profile, resume, applications) must be truthful and yours to share. You keep ownership of it; you grant us the license needed to store it, display it to you, and deliver it to employers you apply to.
  • Applying sends your application to the employer; what they do with it afterwards is governed by their own policies.
  • Jobs aggregated from external sites take you to the employer’s own application process, which we don’t control.

For employers

  • Post only genuine, lawful job openings for the company you represent. No discriminatory requirements, fees charged to applicants, MLM recruitment, or misleading roles.
  • Use applicant data solely for recruiting for the posted role, in compliance with applicable data-protection law.
  • We may edit listing metadata for quality (categorization, formatting) and may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.
  • Paid placements (when available) are billed as described at purchase; fees are non-refundable once the placement has run except where the law requires otherwise.

Content & data

Job listings are aggregated from public sources and data partners or posted directly by employers; we work to keep them accurate and current but can’t guarantee every listing. AI-generated summaries and scores are assistive tools and may contain errors — they are not hiring decisions. Site content and branding are ours; listing content belongs to its respective owners. You may not scrape, bulk-export, or re-syndicate site data.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We are a platform, not a party to any employment relationship, and are not responsible for hiring outcomes, employer conduct, or candidate claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
