CardsHQ is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative Team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for a talented, motivated designer who wants to develop their skills while working in a fast-paced content and sports collectibles company. You’ll work alongside our design, production, and content teams to create graphics that support our YouTube channels, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, live events, and CardsHQ brand.

We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You don’t need years of professional experience, but you should have a strong portfolio, good creative instincts, and the ability to take feedback and turn it into better work.

What You’ll Do

• Design graphics for CardsHQ and our portfolio of content brands
• Create YouTube thumbnails designed to drive attention and engagement
• Develop graphics for social media, including Instagram, X, YouTube, and other platforms
• Support the creation of digital marketing assets, promotional graphics, and advertisements
• Create graphics for live events, shows, product launches, and company initiatives
• Resize and adapt creative across different platforms and formats
• Work within established brand guidelines while continuing to improve your understanding of each brand's visual identity
• Collaborate with designers, editors, producers, and other members of the Creative Team
• Take creative direction and incorporate feedback quickly and effectively
• Help organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets
• Assist senior members of the design team with larger campaigns and projects
• Stay current on design trends, digital content, YouTube, sports, and internet culture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design ability and creative thinking
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Curious, coachable, and motivated to continually improve
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with others
• An interest in sports, trading cards, collectibles, or digital content is a plus

Experience

• 0–2 years of professional graphic design experience
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Relevant internships, freelance work, school projects, or personal portfolio work will be considered
