Role Description The Social Media Creator is a full-time role based in Burbank, CA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Day-to-day tasks include producing short-form videos and static posts, drafting compelling captions, managing content calendars, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align content with brand campaigns. The Social Media Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience engagement, and adapt content strategies based on trends and analytics. This role also involves staying up to date with social media best practices, influencer collaborations, and emerging formats in the beauty and wellness space.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience developing platform-specific content.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including campaign planning and brand-consistent messaging.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand voice clearly and persuasively.
• Experience using social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, scheduling tools).
• Basic photo and video production and editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Burbank, CA, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
