Job Description:

We’re looking for an Associate Social Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help bring our brand voice to life across our social media channels. This role supports the development and execution of social media strategies designed to drive brand awareness, community growth, engagement, and customer connection.

You’ll assist in managing day-to-day operations across our branded social media platforms, help execute creative campaigns across organic and paid channels, and support content creation that resonates with our audience. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help concept, capture, and execute social content that aligns with brand objectives, drives engagement, and strengthens our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Help maintain the social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting that aligns with brand goals, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
• Assist in creating and producing short-form content for social media, including behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, educational, and community-focused storytelling.
• Coordinate content development with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to support social campaigns and ongoing content needs.
• Support the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Participate in community management by responding to comments and direct messages, fostering engagement, and strengthening relationships with brand followers.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and audience sentiment across social platforms to identify engagement opportunities and emerging topics.
• Support brand activations, events, photoshoots, and content capture opportunities through planning, coordination, and on-site assistance when needed.
• Track and analyze social media performance using internal and external tools; assist with reporting on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, platform updates, and social media best practices to inform content and channel strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across social media channels.
• Assist in maintaining social media asset libraries, content organization, and workflow processes to support efficient execution.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in support of team and business objectives.

Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple moving pieces across platforms and projects
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines independently
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media, storytelling, and digital content production
• Comfort creating or directing short-form video and UGC-style content, either in-house or with creators
• Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, or creator communities across wellness, lifestyle, or CPG categories
• Familiarity with social tools like Later, Sprout or Kale
• Understanding of social performance metrics; ability to track and interpret KPIs across content and campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, brand, and marketing teams
• Knowledge of current trends, pop culture moments, and internet humor across Gen Z audiences

Job Details:

• Work Hours: Monday – Friday – Standard Business Hours. (Based out of Vernon, CA) - Hybrid
• Work Attire: Smart/ Business Casual
• Pay Range: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 Salary + Bonus Eligible
