We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who loves turning ideas into visuals and wants to work at the intersection of beauty, branding, content and design.
You’ll be part of the creative ecosystem at Pilgrim, working closely with the Brand, Offline Marketing and Content teams to bring campaigns and brand experiences to life — from a digital creative on your screen to the branding a customer sees in-store.
If you notice typography on a billboard, judge a brand by its packaging, or instinctively think “this could look better” — you’ll probably enjoy this role.
What You’ll Do
- Create compelling online and offline creative assets across campaigns, launches and everyday brand communication.
- Work closely with the Brand, Offline Marketing and Content teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts.
- Design and adapt POSM, brochures, flyers, standees, in-store branding, retail communication and other marketing collateral.
- Take creative concepts through artwork adaptations, resizing and print-ready production files.
- Ensure consistency across brand touchpoints while maintaining a strong eye for visual aesthetics and detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure designs are production-ready and executed accurately.
- Bring fresh references, ideas and visual inspiration to the team by staying on top of design, beauty, lifestyle and cultural trends.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to make the design process smarter, faster and more innovative.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, D2C, retail, fashion or consumer brands.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A good understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working on print and offline marketing assets is preferred.
- Basic understanding of print production and artwork requirements.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Freepik AI, Google Gemini or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail — you care about that one pixel that everyone else missed.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Most importantly, curiosity, ownership and a genuine love for design.
