Our Retail Assistants are the face of Earl of East in store, helping customers discover scent, choose gifts and explore our wider lifestyle edit. This role is about creating a warm, considered customer experience while supporting the daily standards and commercial performance of the store.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and offering confident, helpful product advice
• Learning the Earl of East scent collection and wider curated edit
• Supporting sales, replenishment, visual standards and day-to-day store tasks
• Helping customers with gifting, workshops, click and collect and general enquiries
• Working with the store team to create a calm, well-presented and commercially focused space

This role suits someone who

• Enjoys working with people and creating a good customer experience
• Is interested in fragrance, design, homeware and independent retail
• Is proactive, organised and happy to get involved
• Understands that great retail is both warm and commercially aware
