Our Seasonal Retail Assistants support our store teams during the busiest period of the year, helping customers discover scent, choose gifts and shop the Earl of East collection. This role is customer-facing, hands-on and commercially focused. It is suited to someone warm, proactive and confident working in a busy retail environment.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and offering helpful product advice
• Supporting customers with gifting, scent discovery and product recommendations
• Learning the Earl of East fragrance collection and wider curated edit
• Helping maintain store standards, replenishment and visual presentation
• Supporting the team with peak trading, queues, wrapping, click and collect and day-to-day store tasks
