ABOUT BRITE

Brite is a challenger brand in the energy drinks space. Based on natural ingredients, it helps people be more energetic and focused. Find it in 20+ countries in leading retailers and online. We are ready to go bigger, bolder and louder. Brite is on the way to becoming a category-defining brand, and now is the time to join us. That’s where you come in!

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer who knows how to make noise. Someone who lives and breathes creatives and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create static and video ads for paid social across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, including product visuals, offer creatives, comparison formats and text-led ads.
  • Edit short-form video ads from raw footage, UGC and product assets, testing different hooks, pacing, visual styles and CTAs.
  • Shoot product and lifestyle content in-house, from simple product photography to short-form video for ads and social.
  • Plan and coordinate larger shoots when needed, including locations, props, talent, creators and freelance crew.
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to turn briefs into finished ads, and contribute your own ideas on visuals, formats and execution.
  • Produce multiple variations and formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) quickly, so we can test at volume.
  • Adapt winning ads for our European markets, including localised text, subtitles and market-specific versions.
  • Review performance data with the team, understand which visuals and formats work, and apply those lessons to the next round.
  • Keep creative on brand and use only approved product claims in all visuals and on-screen text.
  • Use AI tools to speed up design, editing, retouching and variation production.
  • Keep asset libraries, templates and project files organised so the team can move fast.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing or content production, ideally in performance marketing.
  • You have a portfolio that shows both static and video work, and paid social ads especially.
  • You're skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma, and in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
  • You're confident behind the camera, with a good grasp of lighting, composition and product photography. You can also run a small shoot on your own.
  • You understand what makes short-form ads work: strong hooks, clear messaging, fast pacing and a visible call to action.
  • You're comfortable reviewing basic performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate and CPA, and letting them guide your work.
  • You're fast and organised, and you can manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing quality.
  • You're open to feedback and enjoy iterating until something works.
  • You're fluent in English. Lithuanian or another European language is a plus.

WHY BRITE

  • We’re outperforming major brands and are on the way to becoming a leading brand in Europe.
  • We’re on a mission to help people become healthier and more effective in their daily lives.
  • You’ll have massive ownership, clear impact, and a product people genuinely love.
  • No layers of approvals. You see a better way? You implement it.
