Role Description

The Creative Strategist & Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for developing creative concepts, designs and strategic campaigns that align with client brand objectives and D2C growth goals. Day-to-day tasks include translating business and marketing insights into clear creative designs, crafting campaign narratives and briefs, and partnering with e-commerce and influencer teams to execute the campaigns. You will analyze social media trends and prepare monthly social media plans and creative briefs, and ensure that all content and messaging is consistent across platforms. The role also involves working closely with account and marketplace management teams to evaluate campaign performance and refine creative approaches based on data.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and shape overall Creative Designs and Creative Strategy to support D2C brand growth.
• Proficiency in Brand Strategy, including positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation.
• Strong Writing skills for developing clear, compelling concepts, copy, and stories.
• Comfortable with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva and AI-powered creative tools
• Experience collaborating with performance marketing and design teams on integrated campaigns.
• Familiarity with D2C business models, digital channels, and marketplace platforms is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; relevant agency or brand-side experience preferred.
