POSITION SUMMARY

Rare Beauty is seeking an Influencer and Celebrity Talent Manager to support the growth of its influencer and celebrity partnerships. This role requires 3–6 years of agency or in-house experience working on talent and influencer initiatives, along with strong relationships with talent, managers, and agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy: Develop celebrity and influencer strategies tailored to the needs and market positioning of upcoming product launches
• Mailer Strategy: Develop influencer mailer strategies and support execution
• Campaign Execution: Bring strategies to life by ideating, pitching, securing buy-in, and executing influencer and brand ambassador campaigns. Independently negotiate deals.
• Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance and deliver result
• Team Management: Mentor and manage a junior team within the influencer division while collaborating with account teams across the agency. Delegate responsibilities and help teams work effectively across the agency
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants
• Additional responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Industry Relationships: Established relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists, and assistants
• Talent Booking & Negotiation: Direct experience with talent booking and contract negotiations
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting the team in delivering under the same condition
• Social Media & Pop Culture: Extensive experience across social media platforms, with a strong interest in the entertainment industry and pop culture
