Lixibox is a full-stack, one-stop omni-channel solution for affordable luxury brands reaching GenZ consumers in Vietnam. We focus on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and proprietary technology solutions to deliver the most effective brand launches for end consumers.

As our Junior Creative Editor in the Digital Commerce department, you will shape the visual presence of our brand across Vietnam's fastest-growing e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will bring versatility to our creative team by combining dynamic video editing with high-converting visual design.

What you'll do

1. Image Design – 50%

• Design product listing images, banners, promotional visuals and campaign assets for Shopee & TikTok Shop.
• Create visuals for Mega Sales, Flash Sales, Livestreams and product launches.
• Design and maintain BAU content while supporting new commercial projects.
• Keep all designs consistent with brand guidelines.

2. Video & Motion – 50%

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok Shop and Shopee Video, including product demos, UGC, promotions and livestream highlights.
• Add motion and animation to static designs for livestreams, social posts and campaigns.
• Adapt content into different formats based on platform requirements.
• 3. Creative Performance & Collaboration
• Work with Commercial and Performance Marketing teams to improve creative performance.
• Use performance data such as CTR, Add-to-Cart and View-through Rate to improve creative.
• Follow the latest TikTok, Shopee and e-commerce creative trends and bring new ideas to the team.

What you'll need

• 2 years of professional experience in image design and video editing.
• Image design skills tailored for e-commerce, promo visuals, and brand campaigns.
• Video editing skills focused on short-form e-commerce formats and motion design.
• Language proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Experience in the Beauty, Electronics, or FMCG industries.
