ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage daily marketplace operations, track performance metrics, and ensure effective coordination across internal stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Head, you will help keep our ecommerce ecosystem running efficiently at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations across across assigned marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and other ecommerce channels.
• Prepare and circulate daily channel-wise and SKU-wise sales reports.
• Track purchase orders, dispatch quantities, appointments and delivery timelines.
• Monitor GRNs, fill rates, pending shipments and stock discrepancies.
• Track returns, RTOs and pending pickups.
• Highlight operational gaps and escalate critical issues to KAMs and the Ecommerce Head.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain and operations teams for timely closure.
• Maintain accurate sales and operational trackers.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of ecommerce marketplace operations experience.
• Strong Excel and data-management skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data cleaning.
• Good understanding of purchase orders, dispatches, GRNs, fill rates, returns and RTO processes.
• Strong analytical, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or quick-commerce platforms is preferred.
