Caresmith is a fast-growing Indian personal care & wellness brand: massage guns, head massagers, leg compression devices, hair styling tools and more, sold D2C via caresmith.com and across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and quick commerce. We're in an aggressive growth phase and scaling our D2C engine fast.

The Role

You'll own paid acquisition end-to-end, with Meta as your primary channel. You'll be accountable for ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth, not just spend deployment.

What You'll Do

• Own Meta Ads completely: strategy, campaign structure, creative testing, audience/placement optimization, budget allocation, and daily performance monitoring
• Scale profitably: grow revenue aggressively while holding per-product ROAS targets
• Run Google Ads: Search, Shopping/PMax, and YouTube as a secondary channel
• Drive creative velocity: brief and iterate on UGC, statics, and video ads with our content team; spot
• creative fatigue before the numbers tank
• Plug into D2C ops: work across checkout, retention, inventory, and COD/RTO levers; understand how marketing decisions ripple into unit economics
• Report sharply: daily/weekly performance reporting with clear diagnosis, not just dashboards

Must-Haves

• 1-3 years in performance marketing, at a D2C brand or agency handling D2C accounts
• Hands-on Meta expertise: you run campaigns yourself, end to end
• Track record of scaling spends while maintaining or improving ROAS
• Working proficiency in Google Ads
• Strong grasp of D2C metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, contribution margin, RTO impact on profitability
• Product-first thinking: you understand what you're selling and why customers buy it
• Hawkish, detail-obsessed approach to campaign hygiene and budget efficiency
