About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Ecommerce Manager* to lead marketplace growth and drive online revenue across major ecommerce platforms.

This role will have strong ownership of *Amazon marketplace performance, ecommerce P&L, sales growth, marketplace advertising, and overall channel strategy*.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in *Amazon Seller Central and marketplace management*, along with a strong understanding of ecommerce analytics, advertising, pricing, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

*Marketplace Management*

* Own ecommerce P&L and drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and other marketplaces.

* Take end-to-end ownership of Amazon marketplace performance and growth.

* Manage product listings, A+ content, pricing, inventory, and marketplace performance.

*Advertising & Growth*

* Plan and manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.

* Monitor and optimize ROAS and ACoS.

* Drive promotional campaigns, visibility, and conversion across marketplaces.

* Identify opportunities for new product launches, bundles, and high-growth SKUs.

*Analytics & Optimization*

* Track daily sales, revenue, returns, reviews, and marketplace performance.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarks.

* Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion.

*Inventory & Operations*

* Coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory planning, replenishment, and dispatches.

* Ensure product availability and marketplace SLAs are maintained.

*Quick Commerce & Emerging Channels*

* Identify and develop opportunities across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and other emerging channels.

* Build strategies for channel expansion and growth.

*Cross-functional Collaboration*

* Work closely with Design, Growth Marketing, Content, CX, and Supply Chain teams.

* Manage marketplace relationships and negotiate for visibility, promotions, and platform support.

What We’re Looking For

* *6–7 years of experience in Ecommerce, with at least **5 years of hands-on marketplace management experience*.

* Strong hands-on experience with *Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Marketplace* is mandatory.

* Experience with *Flipkart Seller Hub and marketplace advertising dashboards*.

* Strong understanding of ecommerce *P&L, pricing, inventory, and marketplace advertising*.

* Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

* Experience in *Personal Care, Beauty, Wellness, Consumer Electronics, or D2C brands* is preferred.

* Ability to take ownership, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
