Indian Snack House is building a modern food brand around authentic sweets and snacks from across South India.

We bring iconic products from their native towns and regions to consumers across India, with a strong focus on authentic recipes, quality ingredients and clean labels — No Palm Oil, No Preservatives and No Artificial Additives.

As we scale our presence across channels, we are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager who can build Amazon into a significant and profitable growth channel for Indian Snack House.

The Role

This is not just an Amazon operations role.

You will own the Amazon channel end-to-end — revenue growth, advertising efficiency, organic growth, profitability, inventory, catalog health, promotions and financial reconciliations.

We are looking for someone who understands how to create demand on Amazon while maintaining strong channel economics.

Key Responsibilities1. Amazon Revenue & Channel Growth

• Own Amazon revenue and growth targets.
• Build monthly and quarterly growth plans for the channel.
• Identify hero SKUs and categories with the highest potential to scale.
• Improve product visibility, search ranking, conversion and organic sales.
• Plan and execute Amazon events, deals, coupons and promotional campaigns.
• Track competition, pricing, category trends and consumer search behaviour.

2. Amazon Advertising

Own Amazon advertising end-to-end across

• Sponsored Products
• Sponsored Brands
• Sponsored Display
• Keyword and competitor targeting
• Auto and manual campaigns
• Brand and category campaigns

Continuously optimise

ACOS | TACOS | ROAS | CPC | CTR | Conversion Rate | Organic Share

The objective is not simply to spend efficiently, but to use advertising to build sustainable organic demand and profitable growth.

3. Marketplace P&L & Profitability

• Own SKU-level and channel-level marketplace economics.
• Track Amazon fees, logistics costs, discounts, advertising spends, returns and other deductions.
• Understand contribution margins across products.
• Identify opportunities to improve channel profitability.
• Ensure growth does not come at the expense of unsustainable advertising or discounting.

4. Amazon Operations

• Manage Seller Central and ensure strong overall account health.
• Maintain catalog accuracy, content quality and listing hygiene.
• Manage FBA / marketplace inventory and availability.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs on key SKUs.
• Resolve listing suppression, catalog, pricing and account-health issues.
• Coordinate internally with supply chain, finance, marketing and creative teams.

5. Settlements & Reconciliation

• Own Amazon settlement reconciliation.
• Track marketplace commissions, logistics charges, advertising deductions, returns, reimbursements and other fees.
• Identify settlement discrepancies and raise claims wherever required.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate monthly reconciliation.
• Ensure pending reimbursements and claims are followed through to closure.

Who We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.
• Strong preference for candidates from FMCG, Food, D2C, Beauty, Personal Care or Consumer Brands.
• Proven experience scaling revenue on Amazon.
• Deep hands-on understanding of Amazon Ads and Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and marketplace unit economics.
• Experience managing FBA, inventory, promotions and marketplace operations.
• Working knowledge of Amazon settlements, deductions, reimbursements and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and execute solutions.
