Role Description The Video Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. This position is responsible for planning, scripting, and producing video content that showcases Nakoosh’s collections, brand story, and in-store experience across social media and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include filming product and lifestyle videos, editing footage, adding sound and visual effects, and optimizing content for various channels. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and retail teams to align video concepts with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The Video Content Creator will also track performance metrics, suggest improvements, and stay updated on current trends in fashion and digital video.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production, including planning, filming, and editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that reflect brand identity and engage target audiences.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance visual storytelling.
• Interest in fashion and retail, with an eye for styling, composition, and visual merchandising in video content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Prior experience in video content creation for brands or agencies is an advantage.
