Role Description The Content Manager will oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of content across Cop Your Drip’s digital and in-store channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with marketing and retail teams, managing social media content, and producing engaging copy and visuals that highlight new drops, limited editions, and community events. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and maintaining alignment with sneaker culture trends and customer interests. The Content Manager will also manage external content contributors or agencies when needed and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and updates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.
Qualifications
- Experience in content planning and management, including editorial calendars, campaign coordination, and cross-channel alignment.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and storytelling for web, social media, and in-store promotional materials.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing basics, and content optimization using performance data.
- Understanding of streetwear and sneaker culture, with the ability to translate trends into compelling brand content.
- Proficiency with content management systems and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside marketing, retail, and creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
