We are seeking a permanent full-time TCG Market Analyst & Acquisitions Associate with a deep passion for trading card games, especially Yu-Gi-Oh!, and strong interest in market trends, card values, pricing, and purchasing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify retail pricing for TCG singles daily
• Analyze market trends, tournament results, product announcements, and player demand
• Update buylist pricing based on market value and demand
• Identify high-demand cards and collection purchasing opportunities
• Create and maintain internal acquisition priority lists
• Evaluate mail-in trade-ins and buylist submissions
• Advise retail staff on purchasing priorities and market conditions
• Research upcoming product releases and their potential market impact
• Assist with pricing accuracy across multiple sales channels
• Support acquisition strategy, inventory quality, inventory turnover, and profitability

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of trading card games, with strong Yu-Gi-Oh! expertise required
• Knowledge of Riftbound TCG, Pokémon, and Magic: The Gathering is a significant asset
• Strong understanding of TCG secondary markets and price fluctuations
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Experience buying, selling, trading, or evaluating collections is a strong asset
