Role Description The HR Manager – Workforce Analytics is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong City. The Talent Management Manager – Workforce Analytics & Performance Management is responsible for providing data-driven insights on the organization’s workforce and leading the Performance Management System (PMS). The role oversees performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement initiatives, including the development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). The position analyzes workforce and performance data to identify trends, capability gaps, and performance concerns, and recommends interventions to improve organizational and employee performance.

Qualifications

Salary Range: 50,000 PHP - 60,000 PHP

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, Weekends Off, Willing to render Overtime

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field.

- 3-4 years Experience in *Talent Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics.

- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, capacity planning, staffing, and forecasting.

- Experience with PMS, performance evaluation, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills; able to turn data into actionable recommendations.

- Proficient in Excel and preferably HRIS system or any related systems.

- Familiarity with workforce management systems is an advantage.

- Strong communication, management, and presentation skills.

- Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Willing to work full-time, on-site in Mandaluyong City.
