About the role

📌 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Shopify Support, E-commerce Support, Application Support, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and its store management features
- Knowledge of product listing, inventory updates, order processing, and e-commerce operations
- Experience troubleshooting platform-related issues and coordinating technical concerns
- Knowledge of POS integration or SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Shopify and related e-commerce operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving product listings, orders, inventory, and store functionality
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address technical concerns
- Assist in Shopify updates, testing, enhancements, and system integration
- Monitor platform performance and help ensure accurate product and inventory information
- Document reported issues, resolutions, and system updates
- Recommend improvements to enhance the online shopping experience and operational efficiency
