About the role

The Sr Creative Strategist sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, performance marketing, culture, consumer insights, and creative execution. You’ll translate audience, cultural, performance, and business insights into breakthrough creative ideas that both build the Moon Juice world and drive measurable business results.

Across Growth, you’ll originate creative briefs for paid social and other emerging channels, develop creative hypotheses and testing strategies, identify new angles and territories, and use performance learnings to continuously evolve the work. You’ll provide strategic feedback on execution and production, partnering with internal creative teams and external freelancers to bring the work to life.

Across Brand, you’ll help shape the creative thinking behind product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments, turning strategic briefs, consumer insights, and cultural observations into compelling concepts, campaign territories, and creative expressions that make Moon Juice feel distinctive and relevant. You’ll think beyond individual assets to develop ideas that can travel across paid social, digital, video, creator/influencer, organic social, PR, experiential, retail, and other emerging channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Growth, and Creative to develop creative strategies that build brand affinity, deepen customer engagement, and drive measurable business results, creating a feedback loop between what we’re learning from performance and the bigger ideas we’re putting into the world.
