Loyalty Program Growth & Member Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enrollment and acquisition of new loyalty members across Retail & D2C touchpoints.
- Increase active member base and engagement levels.
- Improve loyalty program awareness and sign-ups at stores.
- Plan and execute member engagement campaigns.Improve redemption, repeat purchase, and tier migration.Manage customer lifecycle communication programs.
- Drive sales through loyalty-led campaigns and targeted promotions.Increase average spend and purchase frequency of loyalty members.Track ROI of loyalty initiatives.
Influencer Marketing & Brand Advocacy
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy.Identify and onboard relevant influencers across categories.Drive engagement, reach, and conversion through influencer campaigns.Consumer Insights & Analytics
Analyze loyalty member behavior and campaign performance.Generate actionable insights for business growth.Monitor customer trends and influencer performance metricsHimalaya Wellness Company
