About the role

Aspire is looking for a Campaign Manager (Partnerships) to own the Agency side of our partnerships with social platforms, which include YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest. This role will oversee execution for all campaigns that come to us from our platform partners, owning each opportunity from intake through delivery and reporting.

We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and confident building relationships with our partners. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships Manager on our Marketing team, who owns partnership strategy and the commercial relationship, while you own campaign operations and the agency team’s delivery against partner expectations.

This is a highly visible role at the center of some of Aspire’s most important partner programs, with the opportunity to shape how we run them as they grow.

What you'll be working on:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for platform partner teams on campaign activity, building trust and strong relationships
  • Receive incoming campaign opportunities from platform partners and translate partner and brand goals into clear campaign scopes and timelines
  • Resource campaigns across Campaign Managers and Campaign Associates based on capacity and fit, then guide and support those teams with consistent direction and mentorship, tracking progress throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Work with the Partnerships Manager on our Marketing team to manage the overall health of each platform partnership, owning delivery and campaign operations against partner expectations
  • Ensure platform-sourced campaigns meet partner SLAs and quality standards, surfacing risks early and keeping partner teams informed
  • Report on campaign volume, delivery, and performance by platform, and build polished presentations that tell the story for internal leadership and partner teams
  • Partner with Agency Leadership to maintain and improve the workflows and trackers used to manage platform partnership campaigns, and support project management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing feedback openly and stepping in to support teammates when needed
  • Bring exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented, executional mindset, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Manage multiple platform partnerships and campaign workstreams at once, balancing competing priorities without sacrificing quality and staying aligned with the team’s operational plan

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, communications, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Experience managing partner, platform, or vendor relationships
  • Working knowledge of the YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest creator and ad ecosystems
  • Experience allocating work across a team based on capacity and fit
  • Strong tracking and reporting skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear updates for leadership and partners
  • Extremely high organizational skills and demonstrated resourcefulness
  • Ability to communicate and present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment, and externally with partners and clients
  • Possess strong interpersonal and priority-setting skills to identify and determine steps needed to accomplish assigned tasks and execute them with minimal feedback
  • Demonstrate initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to new priorities as required
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • BA degree or higher strongly preferred
  • Experience with platform partner programs is a strong plus
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
  • Experience with TikTok Shop and social commerce campaigns is a plus
