Unpaid NIL Internship

Electro is one of the fastest-growing brands in college sports. Our NIL program connects us with student-athletes at schools across the country.

This is an unpaid internship opportunity. The intern will help scale our college athlete outreach by managing athlete communications, tracking interactions in our CRM, and representing the brand with our partner community.

Fully remote with flexible hours, designed for college students.

What You Will Do

• Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences.

• Manage daily follow-ups with athletes to keep partnerships progressing.

• Identify strong athlete content for potential use on Electro's channels.

• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.

• Maintain regular contact with current athlete partners to support engagement.
