该职位来源于猎聘 Role Overview As our SAP Data & Analytics lead, you'll join one of the Largest Transformation Programs in Scania – IEB, and also part of Scania global SAP Team at the forefront of our SAP implementation efforts, focusing on the SAP Data and Analytics domain in SAP. Your primary responsibility will be to leading SAP Data and Analytics work in China and topic discussions in the local side, while fully integrated with Scania IEB and Central SAP team. Leveraging your SAP solution knowhow and experience regarding SAP Data & Analytics, you'll drive efficiency, optimize processes, and lead our organization towards operational excellence. Potentially you will have the chance to elevate your career as Tech lead managing SAP tech resources (BTP/Basis/SAC…) for China region. Main Responsibilities 1. point of contact for SAP Data and Analytics in China
- SAC/BDC Solution Design & Development
- Translate business requirements (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, etc.) into innovative SAC dashboards, stories, analytical apps, and planning models.
- Master SAC/BDC core functionalities: data modeling (Live/Import), visualization (charts, geo maps, R integration), predictive analytics, planning & budgeting.
- Design complex data transformations, calculated metrics, hierarchies, and alerts.
- Optimize SAC models and applications for performance and usability.
- Data Integration & Management
- Configure and manage SAC/BDC connections with various data sources: SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA (CDS, OData), SAP Datasphere, SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server), cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), and flat files.
- Apply best practices in data acquisition, preparation, and blending.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in SAC.
- Global Project Delivery
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAC implementations (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and support) in multi-country environments.
- Address regional-specific business needs, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and data localization challenges
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Prepare clear, professional technical documentation (English) and training materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate fluently in English (written & spoken) with global stakeholders (business users, IT teams, vendors).
- Adapt to diverse English accents (Indian, European, American, etc.) in meetings, emails, and presentations.
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support for SAC solutions.
- Collaborate with SAP BASIS/technical teams to ensure system stability and security.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- AI and other new technologies.
- Stay updated on SAC’s latest features, roadmap, and industry trends.
- Explore advanced capabilities (predictive analytics, ML integration, Digital Boardroom).
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
Experience requirement Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- 3-5+ years of hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) /BDC implementation experience (multiple end-to-end projects).
- Expertise in SAC/BDC data modeling (Live/Import), visualization, planning, and analytical apps.
- Strong SQL skills and data manipulation proficiency.
- Experience integrating SAC with SAP (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA) and non-SAP data sources.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM) and their KPIs.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and BI concepts. Soft Skills & Language Proficiency
- English (written & spoken): o Writing: Ability to draft technical documents (design specs, test scripts, user manuals), emails, and reports in clear, professional English. o Speaking: Confidently lead/participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions with global teams. - Familiarity with SAP’s English documentation (SAP Help, Community) for issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- SAP SAC certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Experience with other SAP analytics tools (BW/4HANA, Analysis for Office, Datasphere).
- Exposure to other BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) or data science/ML basics.
- Additional language skills (Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, etc.).
- Experience at multinational corporations or top consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, etc.).
