To strengthen our Commercial Operations, we are looking for a senior leader who can turn business priorities into coherent digital capabilities and measurable outcomes across Sales and Services. This is not a traditional IT management role. It is a business-facing transformation and delivery leadership role dedicated exclusively to Commercial Operations. You will work closely with commercial leaders, process owners, dealers, global functions and delivery teams to simplify the landscape, strengthen end-to-end ownership and accelerate value creation. Your mission Build and lead the digital agenda for Commercial Operations, ensuring that Scania China has the processes, solutions, data and governance needed to:
- grow sales and service revenue responsibly
- improve customer and dealer experience
- increase commercial efficiency and scalability
- create transparency across priorities, investments and dependencies
- enable future analytics, connected services and AI-driven capabilities Key responsibilities Strategy and portfolio leadership
- Own and continuously develop the Commercial Operations digital strategy and capability roadmap.
- Translate commercial objectives into clear priorities, investment proposals, and delivery plans.
- Create portfolio transparency across business capabilities, applications, initiatives, dependencies, risks and decisions.
- Balance local market needs with Scania-wide direction and reusable global capabilities. End-to-end process and capability transformation
- Improve the digital enablement of Sales and Services processes from customer engagement through order, delivery, workshop and aftermarket activities.
- Work with business process owners to remove fragmentation, clarify ownership and simplify ways of working.
- Ensure solutions are designed around business outcomes and user journeys, rather than individual systems or organizational boundaries. Delivery and value realization
- Lead the prioritization and execution of the Commercial Operations digital portfolio.
- Establish clear objectives, accountabilities, milestones and outcome measures for initiatives.
- Ensure operational readiness, adoption and sustainable lifecycle ownership are built into every delivery.
- Track value realization and redirect resources when initiatives do not deliver the intended business impact. Stakeholder and ecosystem leadership
- Act as the senior digital partner to Commercial Operations leadership, Sales, Services and the dealer network.
- Build effective collaboration across local teams, SAS, global functions, R&D and external partners.
- Create decision forums that enable timely prioritization, escalation and trade-off decisions.
- Communicate complex topics with clarity and credibility at executive level. Leadership and capability building

- Significant leadership experience in commercial operations, Sales, Services, customer experience, digital transformation or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Sales and aftersales processes, customer journeys and dealer or partner ecosystems.
- Experience owning strategies, portfolios, roadmaps, budgets, priorities and delivery commitments.
- Ability to connect process, data, digital products, applications and organizational change into a coherent business agenda.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.
- University degree in business, engineering, technology or another relevant discipline.
- Professional fluency in English. Experience that would be valuable
- Automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial equipment, mobility or another dealer-based industry.
- China market experience or experience leading in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
- CRM, dealer management, sales enablement, service platforms, connected services or commercial data solutions.
- Digital product management, process transformation, enterprise platforms, analytics or applied AI.
- Experience collaborating with global product teams and local business operations.
