WOLFpak is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photographer / Retoucher to join our creative team. In this hands-on role, you’ll capture high-quality product and lifestyle imagery while managing the retouching process from initial capture through final delivery.

You’ll help bring the WOLFpak brand to life across our website, social media, email, advertising, and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, color, and detail, along with the technical skills to produce polished, consistent, on-brand imagery in a fast-paced studio environment.

• Photograph weekly product, lifestyle, and campaign content in-studio and on location
• Set up and manage studio strobes, modifiers, and on-location lighting equipment
• Capture and tether images using Capture One
• Perform high-end retouching and color correction in Adobe Photoshop
• Retouch products, apparel, models, environments, and lifestyle imagery while maintaining a natural, polished look
• Ensure consistency across lighting, color, composition, and visual style
• Organize, tag, archive, and maintain files within the company’s Digital Asset Management system
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on concepts, shot lists, styling, and deliverables
• Participate in pre-production planning, shoot execution, post-production, and final asset delivery
• Prepare final assets for web, social media, email, paid advertising, and print
• Meet weekly production goals while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency
• Follow established file naming, editing, export, and production workflows
• Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot camera and lighting equipment within the Canon ecosystem
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions as part of a small, collaborative team

• Proven experience as a photographer and retoucher, preferably in product, lifestyle, fashion, fitness, or e-commerce photography
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and professional retouching skills
• Proficiency with studio strobes and on-location lighting techniques
• Advanced working knowledge of Capture One and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of color correction, compositing, masking, skin retouching, product cleanup, and image finishing
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and professional file organization practices
• Understanding of a complete production workflow, from concept development through final asset delivery
• A highly detail-oriented approach with a strong eye for composition, color, texture, and consistency
• Comfortable working within the Canon camera ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take direction while also contributing thoughtful creative ideas
• A team player who enjoys working closely with a small, creative crew
• A love of music and good energy on set is a plus
