*About the Role*
We are looking for a Performance Marketer & Creative Strategist who can manage performance campaigns, develop creative strategies, design performance creatives, and handle incoming enquiries/leads.
*Key Responsibilities*
-Plan, execute and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
-Develop creative strategies, campaign concepts and performance-led content.
-Design and coordinate performance marketing creatives for campaigns.
-Monitor leads, enquiries, CPL, conversions and campaign performance.
-Handle and follow up on incoming enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
-Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
*What We’re Looking For*
-3+ years of experience in performance marketing and creative strategy.
-Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
-Ability to design performance creatives with a strong understanding of what drives conversions.
-Good understanding of lead generation and enquiry management.
-Real estate experience is mandatory
-Creative thinker with a performance-oriented mindset.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
