About the role
The primary responsibility of the Payroll Analyst is to assist the Payroll Manager in processing bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls by entering and auditing data, reviewing and recording benefit deductions, wage garnishments, and allowances, researching and reconciling discrepancies, and performing other payroll-related tasks. The Payroll Analyst will assist in the preparation and reconciliation of contribution files for remittance to third-party companies and be the primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding payroll-related questions or issues. Additional responsibilities include helping administer the 401(k) plan, including communication with plan participants, processing enrollments, changes, and terminations, and supporting annual compliance processes such as year-end closing, non-discrimination testing, audit support, and required filings, including Form 5500. As part of the Payroll and Benefits team, the Payroll Analyst will provide benefits support as needed.

Range for this position:
$32 to $37 per hour.
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
