PNEUS PIRELLI SAS, a subsidiary of the Pirelli Group, distributes car and motorcycle tires in France and employs around 80 people. The company pursues a policy that combines the methods of a large group with the responsiveness of a small and medium-sized enterprise.
We offer an enriching and empowering experience, labelled HAPPY TRAINEES by ChooseMyCompany. You will join the Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager. You will contribute to operational marketing activities across B2B incentive programs, B2C campaigns, point-of-sale material management, and marketing services. The role requires close collaboration with the sales force and occasional field travel.
1. Defining incentive mechanisms, designing the overall offer, deploying campaigns and analyzing results.
2. Setting up and operationally managing occasional B2B events.
3. Contributing to campaign mechanics, budget preparation and coordination of POS advertising materials.
4. Liaising with external service providers and producing weekly result reporting for the sales team.
5. Managing stock movements: receipts, dispatches and 4 annual allocations to the field sales force.
6. Recommending POS material and goodies selection and responding to occasional needs of the sales force in terms of visibility support and promotional activities.
7. Monitoring and updating the Dispo+, Tyrelife and Gardiennage services.
8. Coordinating rollout with relevant internal stakeholders.
Graduated from, or currently completing, a Bac+4/5 program (Master's degree, Business School), with a focus on Marketing, Trade Marketing, Business Management or similar. A first internship or company experience is required.
