🌟 Media Implementation Executive - Paid Search focus (with Programmatic and Paid Social)

📍 Sydney| 🕒 Full-Time, Permanent

Come join a team of 30 on a big brand account! This is a pure platform role, so we're looking for someone who loves being on the tools and is a bit of a platform nerd with a high level of attention to detail.

You'll have an Assistant and also plenty of support above you to help you to hone your craft and expand your skillset. There is a focus on paid search, and also some programmatic and social, so you'll need to have some experience with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV260 etc. If you're a senior Assistant/Coordinator, and ready to take the step up, we'd love to hear from you :)

🚀 The opportunity

As a Media Implementation Executive, you’ll bring media plans to life across search (and social). You’ll be the go-to for campaign set-up, trading, optimisation, and performance analysis, making sure every execution runs smoothly and delivers value.

You’ll work with a team of 30 or so account service, planning and implementation experts that you'll learn from and support (and who will support you right back!).

What you’ll do:

• Set up and manage media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Ensure flawless execution of media plans
• Analyse data and trends to optimise performance
• Own high-quality deliverables, delivered efficiently and on time
• Work closely with team leads and start mentoring junior team members as you grow yourself
• Bring fresh thinking and ideas to continuously improve outcomes

• Solid knowledge of media buying/trading (particularly across search)
• A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with campaign data and reporting
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively
• Eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow your media career
• Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DV260
