Earth Breeze is on a mission to disrupt home cleaning, made in the USA with a powerful clean and safe ingredients. As the #1 laundry detergent sheet in the US, Earth Breeze has built a strong presence in DTC and Amazon, expanded to distribution at Walmart, Target, and Kroger, and is launching successful new products. Going forward, Earth Breeze needs to build a differentiated brand to occupy a unique place in consumers' hearts and minds and drive sustained growth.

As Lead Social Creator (reporting to the CMO), you'll shape how consumers experience our brand, building community, education, and engagement. You'll tap into a treasure trove of performance marketing content, including our employees at our factory, our Dignity Through Detergent giving program, and cleaning education and storytelling around the harsh chemicals used by big corporations. Rooted in clear strategies, deep research on what's working for others, and committed to detailed execution, you'll push the Earth Breeze brand forward, as organic social hasn't been a priority until now. As part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team, you'll work closely with the CMO and collaborate regularly with the Founder/CEO and others.

Responsibilities:

As Lead Social Creator at Earth Breeze, you will…

• Support brand positioning with maximum impression efficiency (~80% of focus)
• Drive a fun / cool factor to support a new Earth Breeze brand universe and movement (~20% of focus)
• Research what's working for others and adapt it to Earth Breeze, with a sharp eye toward driving hooks, dwell time, and engagement while delivering on brand messaging
• Mine Earth Breeze's huge library of winning performance marketing social content and b-roll for content that can be adapted to win in organic social
• Create content hands-on, behind and in front of the camera, and with AI, supported by an editing team, aligned to content strategies co-created with the CMO and Founder/CEO
• Own the metrics, with dedicated accountability to winning the day, the week, the month, and the year, and a solution-oriented approach to driving engagement metrics and delivering the most impressions for the least spend

• Social media creator experience, ideally within CPG, DTC, or retail-focused brands
• Track record of success on Instagram
• Deep commitment to leveraging social media tools and analytics to drive performance, a performance marketing-level of commitment to research and analytics
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness
• Experience working in fast-moving environments

Additional Requirements:

• Occasional to periodic travel to our Kentucky manufacturing facility is required
