ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer and Community Marketing Specialist to amplify our brand’s voice across digital and physical touchpoints. This role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with influencers, nurturing brand ambassadors, and creating engaging community experiences—both online and on-ground.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Influencer Partnerships

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand values and campaign needs.
• Drive YouTube-specific influencer marketing — dedicated integrations, long-form reviews, and Shorts — tailoring briefs and deliverables to platform best practices.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met with high creative quality.
• Track and evaluate influencer performance metrics and impact.

Roster & Ambassador Program

• Build and maintain an active roster of creators, ensuring diversity and alignment with brand goals.
• Launch and manage a long-term Brand Ambassador Program to encourage consistent and organic storytelling.
• Ensure ambassadors are aligned with brand tone and help co-create content.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and run influencer-led digital campaigns.
• Coordinate timely asset delivery and approvals, while ensuring smooth campaign rollout.
• Monitor and report campaign KPIs and learnings.

Content Collaboration

• Guide creators to produce compelling content that reflects brand ethos.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for engagement.
• Own day-to-day social posting for brand handles — building the content calendar, writing captions, scheduling posts, and repurposing influencer/YouTube content for organic social.

Community Engagement & On-ground Activations

• Plan and execute on-ground community initiatives, such as meet-ups, pop-up events, creator workshops, and brand-led experiences.
• Engage with niche and micro-communities to build brand advocacy at a grassroots level.
• Collaborate with operations and event teams to manage logistics, attendee experience, and post-event engagement.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and campaign ROI across influencer and community efforts.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports to internal stakeholders and continuously optimize approaches based on insights.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing and/or community building.
• Experience with both digital and real-world activations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Creativity, initiative, and a deep understanding of digital culture.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, YouTube channel/creator dynamics, social analytics platforms, and social media posting & scheduling tools
