Metapic is one of Europe's leading creator marketing and affiliate technology platforms. We help leading e-commerce brands drive measurable sales through influencer partnerships.

We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to grow and develop our Czech creator network.

This is not an entry-level influencer marketing role.

We are looking for someone who already knows the Czech creator landscape, understands who drives influence across different categories, and has experience working with influencers at scale.

You should be based in the Czech Republic, have a strong understanding of the local creator ecosystem, and bring existing relationships with influencers, talent managers, or agencies.

What we're looking for

• Preferably someone based in Warsaw who is fluent in Czech, or a Czech speaker based in the Czech Republic.
• Strong knowledge of the Czech creator and influencer landscape
• Proven experience working directly with Czech influencers
• Existing network within the Czech creator ecosystem
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

What you'll do

• Independently manage influencer marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients in the Czech market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Czech creators.
• Invite influencers to participate in relevant campaigns and negotiate collaboration terms.
• Coordinate product seeding, vouchers, campaign activities, and creator deliverables.
• Monitor campaign execution and ensure that content is delivered on time and meets client expectations.
• Analyze campaign results, creator performance, and key KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize ongoing activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing recommendations, feedback, campaign updates, and performance reports.
• Work closely with Metapic’s international teams, sharing insights and adapting processes and strategies to the Czech market.
• Represent Metapic at relevant marketing, e-commerce, and networking events.
• Propose and implement new ideas and strategies that support Metapic’s growth and strengthen its services in the Czech market.
