We’re hiring: UGC Manager — DACH

At Samako, we’re building a €100M+ internationally scalable brand around a simple idea: Clean Home, Clear Mind.

We’re looking for a UGC Manager for DACH to build and scale our creator ecosystem and turn great creator relationships into high-performing content.

What you’ll own:

• Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators across DACH
• Build strong, long-term creator relationships
• Brief creators on hooks, angles, trends, and content direction
• Review content and give clear, actionable feedback
• Keep campaigns moving and ensure fast, high-quality delivery
• Work closely with our creative & growth teams
• Build scalable processes for creator management

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience with UGC creators, influencers, or short-form content
• Are highly proactive, structured, and organized
• Have a strong creative + performance mindset
• Communicate confidently and aren’t afraid to push for better output
• Can manage multiple creators and campaigns at once
• Speak fluent German + English (Dutch is a plus)
