AN Supps is a performance nutrition company focused on building category-leading brands that deliver results consumers can trust. As part of the Applied Nutrition family, AN Supps manages a growing portfolio of brands and products across multiple channels and international markets.
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer with both packaging and marketing design experience. In this hybrid role, you will bridge packaging design and production with high-impact brand and marketing collateral. You will take concepts from initial idea through market-ready production files, ensuring brand consistency across physical products, in-store collateral and digital touchpoints. The balance between packaging and graphic design work will shift based on project volume and business priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Packaging Design
- Create and update packaging for new products, line extensions, flavours and regional versions.
- Build accurate artwork within approved dielines and prepare print-ready production files.
- Apply approved copy decks to packaging and flag missing or inconsistent information before artwork moves forward.
- Work with Brand, Regulatory and Product Development to ensure claims, ingredients, nutrition information, allergen statements and required legal copy are accurate.
- Manage packaging revisions, proofs and version control, and coordinate changes with printers and suppliers.
- Create product mockups and 3D renders for approvals, sales materials, e-commerce and launches.
Graphic Design
- Design digital, social, email, retail and customer marketing assets that follow brand guidelines.
- Create sell sheets, catalogues, presentations, trade show graphics and other sales support materials.
- Adapt creative across formats and channels while maintaining a consistent brand look and feel.
- Support product launches and campaigns with coordinated creative from packaging through consumer-facing execution.
- Work across multiple brands at the same time while maintaining each brand's distinct visual identity, feel and tone.
Project Management
- Organize working files and final assets and keep project updates, feedback and approvals current in the designated project management system.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and communicate risks or missing information early.
- Move between packaging and general graphic design assignments as workload and business needs change.
- Work independently in a fully remote environment and take ownership of time management, communication and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of graphic design experience across both packaging and brand or marketing design; consumer packaged goods experience is required.
- A strong portfolio that includes packaging, brand and digital design work. Packaging examples are required.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of dielines, prepress, print production, colour management, proofing and file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple SKUs, versions and deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to flag errors, missing information or production risks.
- Comfortable learning, adapting to and using new and emerging design technologies and workflows.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Experience
- Supplement or health and wellness industry experience is preferred.
- Experience working with printers, packaging suppliers and production vendors.
- Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software, ideally Blender.
- Knowledge of After Effects, animation, motion graphics and platforms such as Figma and Shopify is an asset.
