PACKAGE

Salary: 35-40K PHP/month + 5K PHP free goods/quarter + Yearly Bonus.

Monday to Friday, 9h30AM to 6h30PM / 10 Days annual leave + 10 Public Holidays.

Location: MANILA / PH- Remote

RESPONSABILITIES

- Designing packaging, product visuals, and promotional materials (e.g. displays, gift sets, in-store signage)

- Creating assets for social media, email campaigns, website, and short-form video (e.g. reels, banners)

- Supporting website and Shopify visuals, including page layouts and e-commerce assets

- Assisting with email design via Klaviyo

- Leading creative direction for product shoots and managing pack shot production

- Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints

- (Bonus) Providing light copy support when needed

WHAT YOU BRING

- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands

- Strong portfolio showing range across digital and packaging design

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva

- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus

- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated—comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

- Bonus: Skills in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D illustration
