Influencer Marketing Intern (US Market)

About the Job

We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing team at haruharu wonder.

This is a 6-month paid internship designed to provide real, hands-on experience in influencer marketing with a focus on the US market. During the internship, you will actively contribute to live campaigns, creator partnerships, and day-to-day marketing operations while gaining valuable industry experience.

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position upon completion of the internship, depending on performance, team needs, and visa eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Business-level English (required)
• Intermediate Korean proficiency (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Research and identify US-based influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for the US market
• Support influencer outreach, communication, campaign coordination, and briefing
• Assist with preparing and shipping PR packages
• Track campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and ROI
• Monitor US social media, beauty, and influencer marketing trends
• Support day-to-day influencer marketing operations and reporting

Important Details

Duration: 6-month paid internship

Compensation: Hourly wage

Location: On-site in Seoul, South Korea

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Employment: Full-time internship (40 hours per week)

Future Opportunity: Outstanding interns may be considered for full-time employment following the internship.
