The Sleep Company is one of India's fastest-growing D2C sleep and wellness brands, known for its

patented SmartGRID technology. We are building a category-defining consumer brand and are looking for

a performance marketing specialist to drive efficient, scalable growth across key digital advertising

channels.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across

Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, with a strong emphasis on Amazon Advertising given our

marketplace scale. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to hit efficiency and growth targets across both marketplace and D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products,

Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) to drive sales and improve ACOS/TACOS.

• Plan and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to support D2C growth.

• Monitor daily campaign performance across platforms; take ownership of key metrics such as ROAS,

CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and ACOS.

• Manage and optimise the overall performance marketing spend across channels to maximise return on

ad spend.

• Conduct keyword research, bid management, and catalog/listing optimisation in coordination with the

marketplace and creative teams.

• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

• Build and present regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights to leadership.

• Stay current with platform updates (especially Amazon Ads), auction dynamics, and industry best

practices; proactively recommend new opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with creative, category, and marketplace teams to align campaigns with business

priorities and seasonal/sale calendars.
