ANTA is seeking an E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media execution and customer acquisition for Anta.com in the U.S. market. This role will manage the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns across key platforms including Meta and Google, with a strong focus on driving qualified traffic, improving acquisition efficiency, and increasing online conversion and sales.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable working directly in advertising platforms to continuously optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for Anta.com, primarily across Meta and Google.
- Manage day-to-day campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and performance monitoring.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, traffic, and revenue.
- Conduct ongoing testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign and website performance data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with E-commerce, Merchandising, Content/Creative, and Brand Marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and key commercial moments.
- Coordinate creative asset needs and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Stay current on Meta, Google, attribution, measurement, and paid media best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or e-commerce acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign and website performance data.
- Experience with DTC/e-commerce or consumer brands is preferred.
- Experience in sportswear, footwear, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in footwear, sportswear, apparel, fashion, or consumer brands is preferred.
