[Team Description]

Gentle Monster is a brand that continuously challenges boundaries in pursuit of creativity and surprise. We are seeking a Digital Designer who is passionate about fashion, art, and culture, embraces challenges, and values honesty and responsibility.

The Digital Design Team is part of the Digital Project Department within the Branding Division. The team is responsible for planning and designing visual and content experiences for collection launches across Gentle Monster’s digital platforms.

In close collaboration with various teams, the team also leads the planning and design of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for online e-commerce services.

[Role Description]

- Design, maintenance, and operation of the official Gentle Monster Website

- UX planning and UI design for the official website

- Design of campaign assets including newsletters, digital invitations, advertisements, and promotional event assets

- Research and analysis of global fashion and digital market trends to support branding strategy development

[Requirements]

- Education / Background: Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in-house or at a creative agency

- Fluent in both Korean and English

- Intermediate-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experienced in creating images, video, or design using AI tools or the ability to utilize AI tools in design workflows

- Legally eligible to work in South Korea

- For foreign nationals: must hold a valid visa status that allows employment as of the employment start date, or be legally eligible to work in South Korea without separate visa sponsorship

[Recruitment Process]

Document Screening (Resume & Portfolio) → First Interview → Assignment Evaluation (if required) → Second Interview → Probationary Period (up to 3 months / final confirmation upon evaluation) → Final Offer

Assignment evaluation will take place during the probationary period, and candidates who successfully pass the evaluation will receive a final full-time offer.

[Terms of Employment]

-Employment Type: Full-time, with a probationary contract of up to 3 months / full-time employment upon evaluation

-Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday / 09:00–18:00

After conversion to full-time employment, the working hours will change to a flexible working hours system.
