We're looking for a Designer to lead the design and development of seasonal apparel and accessories collections within our activewear category. You'll own the creative process from trend research through to final tech pack, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to bring commercially strong, on-trend collections to life — on time, every season.

What You'll Do
- Execute the seasonal design plan for your assigned category
- Build seasonal mood boards in partnership with the Design Manager
- Develop seasonal color palettes and manage lab dip submissions with suppliers
- Sketch and design collections that are commercially viable and regionally relevant
- Benchmark against competitor product to validate design direction
- Partner closely with Product Development, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure aligned execution
- Deliver designs and tech packs in line with collection critical path timelines
- Support graphics and technical documentation as needed, working alongside an Assistant Designer
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of design experience, including at least 2 years' recent experience designing apparel for a retailer or brand in the lifestyle or outdoor space
- Hands-on experience across the full product development cycle, from concept through to final sample
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Adobe Certified Professional in either is a plus
- Experience building apparel-specific tech packs and supporting graphic elements
- Solid understanding of apparel construction, measurements, and pattern-making
- Familiarity with forecasting tools and methodologies
- Working knowledge of lab dips, color palettes, and fabric application
- Exposure to 3D design tools and/or AI-driven design technologies is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience coordinating across design, product development, quality, and supplier teams
