We are looking for a proven Creative Strategist with direct experience in watches, jewelry and accessories, or a closely related premium DTC category.

You must also be able to provide a strong e-commerce creative portfolio with examples of paid social ads you personally strategized and the results behind them.

About the Role

Lucky Fours is a fast-growing premium men's watch and jewelry brand running high-volume paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

You will own the creative strategy behind our ads — including:

• Angles, hooks, scripts, concepts, and creative briefs
• UGC and creator direction
• Competitor, audience, and review research
• Analyzing ad performance and identifying the next creative tests
• Developing variations from winning ads
• Seasonal campaigns including Black Friday, Christmas, and gifting

What We're Looking For

You must have

• Proven Creative Strategist experience in DTC/e-commerce
• Direct experience with watches, jewelry, accessories, or fashion accessories
• Strong paid social experience across Meta and/or TikTok
• Experience developing hooks, angles, scripts, and briefs
• Ability to analyze creative performance and iterate based on data
• A portfolio showing real paid advertising work

Experience with UGC, luxury/premium brands, or high-spend ad accounts is a strong advantage.
