About the role
Phrozen, established in 2016 by Taiwanese 3D printing enthusiasts, creates professional, consumer-friendly 3D printers for industrial, medical, and personal use. After successfully running Kickstarter campaigns, Phrozen has expanded to the U.S., Europe, Japan, South Korea, and beyond. Our clientele includes professionals in the dental and jewelry industries, as well as digital model creators. We are committed to innovative advancements in 3D printing technology.
Every day, 3D printing fans around the world talk to Phrozen — in our Facebook groups, under our posts, in our DMs. They show off what they printed, ask for help, tell us what they love and what drives them nuts. Someone needs to be there for them. That's you.
This is a real path to a full-time job. Recent graduates who can start now are our first pick, but if you're still in school and think you'd be great at this, we want to hear from you too.
Our community. Reply to comments and posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads. Keep the groups clean. Bring back what you hear. It's where the real user insight comes from.
A community marketer doesn't just answer comments — they understand the campaigns behind them: why a launch is timed the way it is, what a promotion is trying to do, how an email lands. That's what turns "replying to people" into "knowing what to say and why." So alongside the community, you'll learn all of this from us:
In three months, you should be running the community on your own and assisting small campaigns end-to-end. If it clicks, you convert to a full-time Assistant Marketing Specialist — and grow from there.

Phrozen was founded by a group of Taiwanese 3D printing enthusiasts in 2016. We produce professional consumer-friendly 3D printers for industrial application, medical, and personal use.
