The Role 

We are looking for a Working Student to support our D2C team in running Vegavero and Wowtamins on Shopify. You work directly with the E-Commerce Managers and get hands-on experience across the whole D2C operation: product launches and listings, campaigns and promotions, shop merchandising, reporting and CRM support. 

You will report to the D2C Lead and work day to day with the E-Commerce Managers of both brands. This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a D2C business is actually run and is happy to take ownership of real tasks, not just support work. 

What You’ll Do 

Launches & Listings

• Support the launch of new products on Shopify, based on product data from our PIM 
• Support product launches for both brands from listing to go-live 
• Keep product and category pages up to date 

Campaigns & Promotions

• Set up discount codes, bundles and promotions in Shopify 
• Maintain the campaign and promo calendar together with the E-Commerce Managers 
• Coordinate assets and copy with Content and the agencies 

Shop & CRO

• Support merchandising, landing pages and A/B tests on the shops 
• Monitor the shops for broken pages, pricing errors and stock issues 

Analytics & CRM Support

• Build and maintain weekly reports in Klar (net sales, CVR, AOV, repeat rate) 
• Support the CRM Manager with campaign setup and segment maintenance in Klaviyo 
• Research competitors, prices and market trends 

What We’re Looking For 

Profile

• Enrolled student in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field 
• First experience in e-commerce, online marketing or a D2C brand is a plus 
• Available 16 to 20 hours per week during the semester, more during breaks if you want 

Skills

• Structured, careful and reliable, with an eye for detail in product data 
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets 
• Contact with Shopify is a plus 
• First contact with Klaviyo is a plus 
• Interest in data, growth and consumer health 
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
