Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role. The Video Editor will plan, assemble, and refine video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, educational materials, and social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and ensuring consistent visual branding and storytelling. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to interpret briefs, optimize video formats for different channels, and deliver projects on schedule. The Video Editor will also maintain organized asset libraries, stay current with video trends and best practices, and contribute ideas to improve audience engagement and content quality.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment.

Experience creating Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance educational and promotional videos.

Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).

Good understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and platform best practices.

Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow creative briefs while offering ideas.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team.

Prior experience editing content for faith-based, educational, or culturally sensitive audiences is a plus.
