What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications
- Formal training, vocational/technical education, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- Mechanical training, aptitude, or equipment maintenance experience (required)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Willingness to support, guide, and share knowledge with others
- Experience leading, training, or coordinating a small team
- High‑speed manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated production experience
- Military occupational experience in maintenance, operations, logistics, engineering, or production roles
- High school diploma or equivalent (military education and training fully recognized)
- A structured, team‑based environment that values accountability and collaboration
- Strong alignment with military values such as safety, teamwork, integrity, and performance
