POP MART is seeking a results-driven TikTok Shop LIVE Operations Manager to build, lead, and scale our U.S. livestream commerce operations. This role will be responsible for developing a high-performing livestream team, overseeing daily studio operations, and driving revenue growth through engaging, data-driven TikTok LIVE shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop livestream operations, building and coaching on-camera talent, and optimizing audience engagement, conversion, and sales performance. This individual will combine creative storytelling with strong commercial instincts and operational expertise to create compelling shopping experiences that connect POP MART's iconic characters and products with fans across the United States.

Working closely with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and our global headquarters in China, this role will establish scalable processes, develop livestream talent, and drive measurable growth in gross merchandise value (GMV), customer engagement, and overall channel performance.

What you will achieve:

Build and Lead U.S. Livestream Commerce Operations

  • Build, lead, and scale POP MART's U.S. TikTok LIVE commerce team, including livestream hosts, studio operators, and supporting talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for livestream talent, including sourcing, interviewing, auditions, selection, onboarding, and training.
  • Develop and implement host performance standards, incentive programs, scheduling practices, and talent development plans.
  • Establish structured training programs covering POP MART product knowledge, storytelling, livestream selling techniques, audience engagement, and TikTok platform compliance.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve on-camera performance, conversion effectiveness, productivity, and retention.

Drive Livestream Strategy and Revenue Growth

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of POP MART's U.S. TikTok LIVE commerce strategy.
  • Develop monthly livestream calendars, promotional campaigns, product launch schedules, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Create compelling livestream experiences around exclusive product releases, limited-edition drops, new collections, and fan-focused events.
  • Leverage TikTok Shop features, short-form video content, and traffic acquisition strategies to increase livestream visibility and attract new audiences.
  • Drive improvements in gross merchandise value (GMV), conversion rates, average order value (AOV), viewer retention, and customer engagement.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through product storytelling, promotional strategies, and enhanced livestream shopping experiences.

Oversee Daily Livestream Studio Operations

  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, including host scheduling, broadcast preparation, product readiness, technical coordination, and post-broadcast reviews.
  • Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned livestream experiences.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor live broadcasts and provide real-time guidance to hosts and operators to improve performance and customer engagement.
  • Resolve operational challenges, including technical disruptions, inventory discrepancies, customer escalations, and fulfillment issues.
  • Ensure livestream activities comply with TikTok Shop policies, applicable regulations, and POP MART brand standards.

Manage Performance Analytics and Business Optimization

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across livestream revenue, audience growth, engagement, conversion, and host productivity.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable monthly and quarterly GMV targets for the U.S. livestream team.
  • Analyze TikTok Shop performance data to identify trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate traffic sources, viewer retention, product performance, host effectiveness, and purchase behavior to optimize commercial results.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement data-driven improvements to livestream content, scheduling, merchandising, and selling strategies.
  • Develop performance dashboards, reporting processes, and scalable best practices to support sustainable revenue growth.

Drive Cross-Functional and Global Collaboration

  • Partner with E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service to deliver seamless livestream shopping experiences.
  • Collaborate with social media and short-form video teams to develop content strategies that increase livestream traffic and engagement.
  • Work closely with China-based headquarters teams to align on business priorities, product launches, performance expectations, and operational best practices.
  • Lead regular business reviews to communicate performance results, operational insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop scalable livestream operating models and playbooks that support continued expansion across markets.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, social commerce, or e-commerce operations, including direct experience managing TikTok LIVE commerce.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including recruiting, coaching, developing, and managing livestream hosts or commerce operations teams.
  • Proven experience launching, managing, or scaling TikTok LIVE commerce operations within the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, livestream traffic acquisition, audience engagement, conversion optimization, and platform analytics.
  • Demonstrated success driving GMV growth and improving livestream commercial performance.
  • Experience developing livestream programming, promotional calendars, product launch campaigns, and host performance strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and resolve time-sensitive operational challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with international or cross-cultural teams, with flexibility to coordinate across U.S. and China time zones as needed.
  • Ability to work onsite in Culver City, California, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in collectibles, designer toys, blind boxes, entertainment merchandise, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or other highly engaged consumer product categories.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. TikTok shopping behavior, creator culture, fandom communities, and livestream entertainment trends.
  • Existing relationships with U.S.-based livestream hosts, content creators, influencers, or multi-channel networks (MCNs).
  • Experience managing high-volume livestream events, exclusive product drops, or limited-edition merchandise launches.
  • Familiarity with POP MART's IP portfolio and the designer toy collector community.
  • Experience collaborating with global headquarters or international e-commerce teams.

Pay Range Details

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
