About the Role: Senior Designer works within our Creative Department to create Campaigns and Lead photo art direction in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment. You must be able to take direction, effectively collaborate with teammates across disciplines to clarify requirements, goals, expectations, and timelines. Organization and multi-tasking abilities as well as excellence in communication are essential for this position. This role reports into the Manager, Associate Creative Director and needs to be local to our photo studio in Eden Prairie.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and concept campaigns throughout different seasons.
- Lead photo art direction across campaigns as well as new products.
- Juggle a mix of quick-turnaround projects, often with overlapping priorities and urgency.
- Show professionalism in all aspects of your daily tasks.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
- Continually adopt new tools and practices as the work evolves.
- Manage work tasks, functions using department’s project management tool.
Minimum Requirements
- Required education, experience, and eligibility qualifications—
- 8+ years’ design experience, with an affinity for Photo Art Direction
- Portfolio to example your skills and aesthetic.
- Portfolio must show examples of print and Photo Art Direction.
- Excellent type and layout skills paired with a strong design aesthetic.
- Must have expertise in Adobe CC.
- Preferred education, experience, and eligibility qualifications—
- Bachelor Degree in Design, Advertising or Fine Arts highly preferred, but will accept equivalent experience or related studies in lieu of formal education.
- Agency experience a plus.
- Print experience is desired.
- Figma understanding is desired, must have willingness to learn.

The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
Minnesota: [$80,000-$95,750]
